How To Display Flickr Albums (Multiple Albums) On Modx?

Steps for SociableKIT

  1. Go to SociableKIT.com and click Sign up. You will be automatically logged in after you sign up.
  2. On the dashboard, click the "+ Create Solution" button on the upper right corner.
  3. Select "Flickr Albums (Multiple Albums)" on the dropdown.

    4. Enter your Flickr multiple album ID.

  4. Click the "NEXT" button. This will show you the customization options.
  5. Click the "Embed on website" button on the upper right corner. Copy the JavaScript code.

Steps for Modx

    1. Login to ModX.
    2. On your Dashboard page. Click the Clouds menu.
    3. On the Clouds page, Click the Clouds you made or you can create a new one.
    4. Once you click the Clouds you made, Kindly click on the right side of the page Create Admin user for you to be able to create a Admin user account to access the Manager page. ModX will automatically sends you an email regarding the username and password of your page.
    5. Pop-up will appear to enter your Username, Password, and email you registered on Modx. Click Create Admin user button.
    6. After you received an email. Kindly login using the email you received from ModX.
    7. On your created clouds. Click the View manager button. New tab or window will appear to the Editing page for your page.
    8. Click the existing page if you have already create or you may create a new page for your website by clicking the plus "+" icon.
    9. For adding the JavaScript embed code, Click the Elements tab and access Chunk and click the plus icon "+".
    10. Put a name of your Chunk for the reference and paste your JavaScript embed code under Chunk code(HTML code). After that, click Save button.
    11. Go back to the Resources tab and kindly click again the target page you want to display the widget.
    12. Click the Elements tab again to click the dropdown option.
    13. Click and drag the Chunk where the JavaScript code you paste.
    14. After that, Click Save button. Once your works are saved. Click the View button to view your page.
    15. The new tab or window will appear for your page with the widget on it. Done!
